Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

6. Warranties & Liability

• We provide warranties as specified in the contract.
• We are not liable for delays caused by external factors.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits unless otherwise agreed.
